Kohramlive : मोबाइल रिचार्ज कराने वाले करोड़ों यूजर्स से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। टेलीकॉम उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियमों में बदलाव के बाद कंपनियों को 30 दिन की वैलिडिटी वाले प्लान उपलब्ध कराने होंगे। नये प्रावधान ‘टेलीकॉम कंज्यूमर प्रोटेक्शन (13वां संशोधन) रेगुलेशन, 2026’ के तहत लागू किये गये हैं। इसका मकसद ग्राहकों को रिचार्ज की अवधि और प्लान को लेकर ज्यादा विकल्प देना है। इस बदलाव को लेकर BJP सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने ‘एक्स’ पर जानकारी साझा की। उन्होंने बताया कि 28 दिन की वैलिडिटी के कारण साल में 13 बार रिचार्ज की जरूरत पड़ती थी। 30 दिन के प्लान से यह संख्या 12 रिचार्ज तक आ सकती है। चड्ढा ने इस मुद्दे को संसद में भी उठाया था। उन्होंने सरकार और TRAI का आभार जताते हुये कहा कि उपभोक्ताओं ने सीमित विकल्पों को लेकर अपनी चिंतायें सामने रखी थीं।
सिर्फ कॉल करने वालों के लिए भी राहत
नये नियमों में उन ग्राहकों के लिए भी विकल्प की बात है जिन्हें डेटा की जरूरत नहीं होती। टेलीकॉम कंपनियों को वॉइस और SMS आधारित प्लान उपलब्ध कराने होंगे, ताकि सिर्फ कॉलिंग करने वाले ग्राहकों को अनावश्यक डेटा के लिए भुगतान न करना पड़े। इस बदलाव की प्रक्रिया में TRAI ने उपभोक्ताओं और टेलीकॉम इंडस्ट्री समेत अलग-अलग पक्षों से सुझाव लिए थे। नये प्रावधानों का उद्देश्य ग्राहकों को अधिक विकल्प और अलग-अलग जरूरत के मुताबिक रिचार्ज प्लान उपलब्ध कराना है।
